I'm Mandy, 25 years from Michigan. I've been watching BL for the past couple seasons, and Jillian is awesome. I swear, if I had the money, I'd go and hire her to whip my behind into shape!! I would do anything to have a rockin' body like her's:) She's been doing such a great job working with the gals this season, and I'm so happy that Ali & Kelly are in the final 3. I'm actually hoping that Roger gets voted to stay, as I haven't been much of a fan of Mark's. But overall, I hope Ali wins it all, she's looking so good!
Anyway, I've made it a goal of mine this year to drop some weight. I haven't set myself a particular weight, as I'm more interested in just getting moving again rather than being in such a sedentary lifestyle. I recently bought the new BL Cardio Max video. So far, I'm really loving it. I haven't worked my way up to doing Jillian's segment yet, but I can't wait until I know I can do it, because it looks like it's going to be really good! So far, I'm loving the first segment, led by Bob. I would really recommend this video to others. I really like the pace that it goes at, compared to other videos I've done. I'm able to keep up, without it completely killing me. Plus, it's not as high-impact. But Bob makes a point that if you can't keep up, it's more important to just keep moving. So if you can't keep up with the jumping jacks, at least keep moving.
